Hand cut from 35 day dry aged Rumps, these steaks are free from excess fat and gristle. A healthy steak with a mellow flavour and substantial bite which can be fried, grilled, barbecued or braised.
Our beef is sourced from prime grass fed cattle from trusted local farms in the Scottish Borders.
Rump Steaks are available in 6oz, 8oz, 10oz and 12oz portions.
