Ordering
Can I order using a method other than online?
Of course! You can place your order by email (shop@tendertaste.com), fax (01578 718609) or telephone (01578 722306). Our lines are open 8am-5:30pm - if no one is available please leave a message with your contact details and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
How do I claim my promotional code?
Please enter your promotional code at the checkout when prompted to receive your discount.
What if I need to amend, change or cancel an order I have placed?
Please contact us as soon as possible - either by email (shop@tendertaste.com) or telephone (01578 722306) and we will endeavour to amend your order for you.
Can I purchase a product not currently displayed on your website?
Yes - we stock a vast array of products and are unable to display all of these online. If you would like to order a product not displayed or have any product queries, please email us (shop@tendertaste.com) or call us (01578 722306).
Is your site secure?
Yes - our site is hosted by our e commerce partners Shopify. Shopify secure our site with a GeoTrust certificate - so rest assured all information is completely secure.

Where do you source your meat?

Why are my products Vacuum Packed?
Vacuum packing removes all of the air from the bag in which your meat is delivered. This ensures our products stay fresher for longer and reach you in top condition. Vacuum packing does not affect the product in any way.
