Hand cut from the caps of our 35 day aged rumps, these rump picanha roasts have a robust layer of flavoursome aged fat covering the tender flesh and make a great Sunday or bbq roast. 

Our beef is sourced from prime grass fed cattle from trusted local farms in the Scottish Borders.

Rump Picanha Roasts are sold whole and are available in 1kg and 1.5kg roasts.
