Perfect for pot/slow roasting, our lamb shoulders are free from bone and are rolled and tied, ready for the oven. They can be easily cut into portions to store in the freezer for a later date.
Our lamb is sourced from trusted local farms in the Scottish Borders and matured for 7 days to ensure the greatest tenderness and concentration of flavour.
Lamb Shoulder roasts are available whole, each weighing approximately 2.5kg.
