Our delicious fillet steaks are dry aged on the bone for a minimum of 35 days, concentrating the flavours, giving exceptional taste and tenderness. We then expertly trim each steak for your order to ensure the greatest eating quality.
Our beef is sourced from prime grass fed cattle from trusted local farms in the Scottish Borders.
Fillet steaks are available in 6oz, 8oz and 10oz portions.
