A very versatile roast with no waste, very easy to carve for family meals and great for leftovers. A concentrated flavour is further emphasised by dry ageing on the bone for a minimum of 35 days.
Our beef is sourced from prime grass fed cattle from trusted local farms in the Scottish Borders.
Silverside roasts are sold as whole or half roasts which are hand tied for greater versatility. Approximate whole weight is 3kg.
