Sirloin roasts make the perfect roast for sunday supper or dinner parties. We trim each roast of excess fat to ensure easy carving. A good covering of fat and marbling give exceptional flavour and dry aging for a minimum of 35 days ensures the upmost tenderness and concentration of flavours. A great roast which strikes a great balance between flavour and tenderness.
