Fillet tails are cut from the same fillets as our steaks, logs and chateaubriands. They are fantastic in stir-frys and stroganoff and also on the bbq. A great alternative to fillet steaks, just as flavoursome and tender.
Our beef is sourced from prime grass fed cattle from trusted local farms in the Scottish Borders and dry aged on the bone for a minimum of 35 days.
Fillet tails are avilable in packs of 2 (400g).
