Our lamb belly (or flank) is prepared boneless and tied. Full of flavour and great for slow braising!

Our lamb is sourced from trusted local farms in the Scottish Borders and matured for 7 days to ensure the greatest tenderness and concentration of flavour.

Each boneless belly weighs approximately 600-900g depending on the time of year!
