Lamb Leg On The Bone


Our lamb legs on the bone are prepared carvery style (if a whole leg) and are trimmed of excess fat before tying. A whole leg will serve 8 comfortably!

Our lamb is sourced from trusted local farms in the Scottish Borders and matured for 7 days to ensure the greatest tenderness and concentration of flavour.

Available in half legs (approx 1-1.5kg) and whole legs (approx 2-3kg).
