Shaws supply the finest quality local produce to top chefs and caterers in the Scottish Borders, Edinburgh & Lothians and across the Central Belt.
We source all of our livestock from a 30 mile radius of our shop in Lauder – directly from trusted farms and through St Boswells livestock auction market. Our livestock is all outdoor reared and free range. We supply the same award winning produce to our catering customers as we do through our retail outlets.
Our beef is allowed to dry age on the bone in our extensive maturing facilities – ensuring a maximum amount of flavour and tenderness. Our hindquarter cuts (steaks, roasts etc) are allowed to mature for a minimum of 35 days.
Our skilled master butchers then butcher our products to your exact specifications with care.
We operate a refrigerated delivery service throughout the Borders, Lothians and Central Belt 6 days per week, Monday-Saturday.
